A former whisky bond is being transformed into a creative factory for Glasgow, with shared values of independence & innovation at its heart – a place for renegades, optimists & game-changers to succeed – opens April 2012.
The Whisky Bond is being transformed into a creative factory for Glasgow, a nerve centre providing a home to artists, a place for like minded entrepreneurs to run a business, and an accessible venue and gallery for a wide audience to enjoy. As the new home of Glasgow Sculpture Studios, and with 4 floors of creative workspaces above, it will become a radically new kind of space – a project fully aligned with emerging 21st century culture, characterised by:
networks and communication
diversity and independence
making and doing
innovation and entrepreneurship
