Wild Fig pop up dining event
Wild Fig are returning to The Distillery here at TWB to host a pop up dining event on
Saturday 12 November at 6.30pm.
This is a fantastic evening and opportunity to sample some of Scotland’s finest produce and exquisite cooking from chef Justin Maule.
With a set tasting menu and a fine selection of wine, beer, cider and soft drinks it’s set to be a delicious evening.
Menu includes:
– welcome cocktail and canapes
– beef and langoustine pho
– salt and chilli scallops
– charred lamb salad
– chicken keema kebab, crispy potato salad, chutney, yogurt, flatbread
– coconut milk panna cotta, mango and pineapple
Vegetarian Menu
– welcome cocktail and canapes
– tofu and herb pho
– salt and chilli mushrooms
– charred aubergine salad
– halloumi kebab, crispy potato salad, chutney, yogurt, flatbread
– coconut milk panna cotta, mango and pineapple
Tables will be shared, but Wild Fig can accommodate groups of friends if required.
